A wonderful and unusual fabric-covered frame in 18th century style - very Marie-Antoinette - embellished with ribbon embroidery flowers, silver lace and tarnished gold and silver braid, with a backing of apricot pink silk damask. There is damage to the back of the tapes for hanging it but it is quite robust thanks to the strength of the braid. There is a stiffened braid bow at the top and a silver metal thread tassel.

A single curtain in the most beautiful quality glazed chintz in a dramatically large-scale print of carnations, probably dating from the 1930s. The fabric is in excellent condition, the cotton lining has some fading. Wide enough to make a pair of curtains for a cottage window

A very beautiful antique shell-encrusted box, probably Regency. It has a beautifully turned boxwood key hole (no key) turned wooden feet, and a mirror framed with braid in the lid. In very good condition considering its age with just a few damaged shells at the edges, as shown.

Antique cotton patchwork quilt with a lovely variety of checks, stripes and printed patterns. With spotty red squares, each with a cotton tuft, a spotty red border and a pale pink reverse with some fading and small marks as pictured.
